Hi, we have paused the advert and stopped the advert in OpenRent. We have also deleted it. But for some reason, it is still showing up on another platform as “Let Agreed/Previously Listed”. How can we remove this totally?
Hi - If you contact our customer service team and provide a link to the advert you are seeing on another platform, we can advise whether there is an issue, or perhaps this isn’t coming from OpenRent at all. You are welcome to post this publicly, by reply here, if you wish, but I’m not sure if you want that information to be public.
