We re looking to rent a house in countryside with good schools. The issue here is that the property which we live in the past 7 years in London is sold! We’re renting with privet landlord which is happy to guaranty for as but my husband have a CCJ from his previews company and we’re not able to pass the credit checks. The council guarantee for as and our rent for future tenancy agreement. Does any landlord here is happy to agree with this. We’re threatened as criminals because of this CCJ and no one is agree to sign a tenancy. We have my parent as a guarantors is well. Any advices would be helpful.
