I will be using OpenRent Rent Collection and have a new tenant who wants to pay on 18th as that is when they receive their wages, what date do I need to put for the actual rent, I currently have another property collection date is 26th, but I usually get paid 23rd. Thanks
i would make it the day after… IE The 19th
I would make it three or four days later to account for clearing through the bank system and weekends and bank holidays delaying the payment.
