Sorry people are putting you through this. Very childish indeed. I do agree that receiving within 24 hours is reasonable-ish. I used to use rent collection but I learned there was no point as I got absolutely no help from OR when tenant failed to pay rent. But at least it shows clear trail via OR That they stopped payment last month! Makes it easier to dispute. I would only use it if I felt the tenabt wasn’t 100% trustworthy
Have you considered patience? 24 hours is no time at all. If you’re not happy with a third party collecting your rent, collect it yourself.

Yes I can confirm colin3 is in fact a troll and does live in a cave but under a bridge during summer months
He is a wise old troll though and gives sound advice albeit sometimes in an unsweetened way
