Hi, I’d like to give my tenant a couple of days free rent as she’s been amazing over a repair that has (not for anyone’s fault) taken ages to get done. OpenRent collects my rental. Is that easy to do on the system? I don’t want her to look like she’s in arrears. Thanks.

Sure - you’re more than welcome to do this by clicking the blue ‘Add a Rent Payment’ button on your tenancy’s Rent Collection page and adding the amount that you would like to deduct from this month’s rent. We will then only chase the tenant for the remaining month’s rent:)
Why not just give her some money in cash?
