I’m just getting young guys contacting me to do rent to rent through their Ltd Co.
Is this common on this platform?

Is it worth posting something in the listing to say “NO RENT TO REMT”?
Unfortunately this can be common. Definitely avoid. This could also be breaking lease terms with your freeholder. This topic has been discussed many times, you can search for this in the forum to see what others have said. If you are receiving a lot of rent to rent enquiries, I would update your listing to mention these are not welcome. You should also report them to Openrent.

I have had 12 enquiries of which 10 have been Rent for renters, who all think that they’re the first guy to think of it 
It’s a shame that Openrent platform does n’t do anything about it!
I previously complained to Openrent about this, and they told me to report rent to rent enquiries as Openrent can supposedly block these users if reported.

That’s a cop out, as they can just create another account and approach you again, which has happened to me.
Just delete those types right away
