Hi, Is it possible to use OpenRent for renting out properties in Scotland and what if anything changes? I assume there would be a slightly different contract, but not sure if anything else changes.

Hi Frances, our tenant-find services are available in Scotland (advertising, referencing, etc.) but you won’t be able to use Rent Now, since it is not set up for Scotland’s new Private Residential Tenancies, but only for Assured Shorthold Tenancies.
