Using Open Rent as a Landlord in Scotland

I have used the ‘Rent Now’ process for my property in London and it has been very straightforward.

Ive found a tenant for my property in Scotland and have referenced them, all through OpenRent. How do i create a tenancy, as this Rent Now doesnt seen to be available in Scotland?
Im hoping it can be done electronically in the same way my property in London
