Section 21 tenant names

Hi, I intend to serve a section 21 on my periodic tenant using the Opem Rent system in order to sell the property.

The tenancy is solely in the name of the male tenant. However his partner has always lived with him and within the last 6 months has had a child.

Should I add the name of his partner using the “add a tenant button “on the on -line form or is there another failsafe method of ensuring that the 21 applies to all occupants.

The names on the notice should be identical to the contract . Don’t change them .

As A_A says. You cant just add names to a tenancy agreement anyway.
