I want to serve a “section 21” but am waiting till the last minute before it is scraped. When is it likely to go? Will I be safe in waiting until October or even November? I will still be within the 2 month period as the tenancy does not end until end of January.
No one knows yet. There is much wrote online about the timeframe of RRB but it is all speculation.

The Independent Landlord website keeps its best guess updated and is probably your best bet. Last time I checked, Suzanne was predicting Spring 2026.
