Selling Within a Company

Thinking of selling however properties are 2 flats in one freehold building within a company. Do I sell as individual flats? or sell the company? Selling the company may be attractive to LLs however I’m thinking this massively reduces my pool of buyers.

As long as they are empty when marketed you could market them for both groups, market as individual properties with option for investors to buy both within company to avoid stamp duty.
