Shorter initial period

My first prospective new tenants want a rather short tenancy, and so far I don’t know of any reason not to agree to it. We are proposing to agree to a two-month initial period and then rolling contract after that. (That would also imply deleting the Break Clause, as it would be redundant I think.) Anyone know any reason this would not be an ok thing to do?

Is it worth renting if they move out after 2 months and you can’t evict before 6 months has ended?
I wouldn’t as it sounds dodgy as a lot could go wrong, why don’t they stay in a air bnb ?

I agree sounds dodgy to me. Personally I wouldn’t consider it.

There’s too much legally required paperwork now for a short tenancy.
