I’m wanting to rent a 1 bedroom flat for 3 - 6 months. Beyond that there may arise family circumstances where I need to take the flat back. How do I (and can I) list it so? I’m a licensed landlord in Scotland.
You probably cant or at least cant be certain the tenant will leave at the end of the 6 months. You could possibly do holiday lets through Airbnb or similar, but you’d need someone to manage the changeovers.
