I have logged in to the web site Dashboard and used the ‘Need Help’ button on 4 separate occasions, leaving a simple message with a simple question.
I have checked my Spam folders but as yet, 3 weeks in, have not had any replies.
Does anyone at OpenRent actually answer messages sent via the web site?!

I can see that you messaged the team after working hours yesterday and we responded this morning.
Looks like your query relates to rent guarantee insurance (RGI), for answers to any RGI questions it is simply a case of calling our Insurance partners Rent Guard on 0113 320 7368.
