I have logged in to the web site Dashboard and used the ‘Need Help’ button on 4 separate occasions, leaving a simple message with a simple question.
I have checked my Spam folders but as yet, 3 weeks in, have not had any replies.
Does anyone at OpenRent actually answer messages sent via the web site?!
