Hi

I renewed my tenants contract in October of last year for 12 months. As the property is in Wales I am now required to provide the tenant with a written statement within 6 months of December 2022. However, if i simply issue the tenants with a new contract using the Openrents contract renewal service, will this save me having to complete the written statment? or did i need to do something else?
