Hello - Anyone has good suggestions on a landlord insurance plan that covers building + emergency cover + appliance repair cover?
saga is good, but over 50 s landlords, hassle free claims, simply business cheap but find reasons not to pay out.
simply business will keep pestering you to sell other products
Try CIA at Rugby 01788 818 670 been with them for a good few years, but you never know how good any of them are until they have to pay out.
Think you will struggle on appliance repair cover best bet for that is the original supplier.
