Suspicious Email

I have received an email from a Landlord that said my details were sent to them by Open Rent, as they work together with other platforms connecting Landlords with potential tenants.

The offer seems too good to be true, it’s £800 per month including utilities for a 2 bed flat in the heart of Cardiff, so I’m obviously suspicious.

Is this email a scam?

Does Open Rent work with other platforms to connect landlords with potential tenants? I think it’s probably a scam but wouldn’t want to miss a great deal.
