I am currently a landlord and want to switch from using an estate agent to OpenRent. The tenants we currently have want to stay in the house. Would they still need to pay the referencing fees etc? If anyone could outline the set up fees I would really appreciate it.
Thank you,
Kirsty

You can skip the referencing if you are happy with your current tenants.
In this case it will be free for the tenants and the charge for you would be just £49.
Future renewals will be totally free!
