I want to switch from my current letting agency to open rent for the same tenant. Is it something which can be easily done ? Current tenant has around a year’s of contract and letting agency is increasing the management fee from next month.

Not uncommon at all for landlords to want to migrate tenancies onto OpenRent!
What this requires is us setting this up as an entirely new Rent Now tenancy, which basically means all of the above (aside from referencing and Rent Collection) needs to be followed.
I appreciate returning a tenant’s deposit may not be the smoothest of solutions here, though this is what’ll need to take place if you wanted us to handle the tenancy I’m afraid.
