I wonder how easy and how long it will be to get deposit from them if we conduct all our checks and prepare the documents ourselves. I saw somebody’s post where they said that T sent holding deposit to OR, then they walked away, and LL never received the deposit from OR.
Does anybody who does everything themselves has this experience and how long it takes to get it back? OR doesn’t have our bank details, so not sure it’s technically possible. Plus, not all TT like waiting a long time.
