Hi Team good day pls l did a transaction with my app for a holding fund deposit for one property but my account is yet to be debited and l dont knw how to confirm if the holding fund has been accepted or not and l dont knw who to contact please

Thanks for reaching out. It looks like you didn’t manage to complete the payment, you should have seen an error message explaining that not payment was taken and what the issue was / why the payment wasn’t taken. Feel free to confirm this with your bank, but you’ll need to try again until you see the payment success confirmation.
