Hi. I have signed a contract from march till september. 6 months. It states this notice may not expire before the end of the 12 months of the tenancy? Would i be able to give my notice in july?

If you have a 6 month contract how can there be a 12 month notice period?
Just give notice for a full month rental period so July is fine
That was in the contract i think it might of been a error. So notice in july is perfect. Thanks
You could ask them to amend it and also be on the lookout for any more errors.
