I have been notified by a neighbour that the tv aerial to one of my properties which is occupied has come loose. It’s now leaning sideways. I’m concerned it may break off completely causing damage.
The tenant says she doesn’t really watch tv only off her iPad so can’t say whether it affects the channels. She has been in situ 8 months who is responsible for fixing this back to a safe position? I can’t find any reference to aerials in the open rent tenancy agreement
It’s the landlords duty
Thanks David for this but where in the tenancy agreement does it state this? I didn’t provide the aerial to begin with?
Are you saying that the tenant had the aerial installed? Did you give them permission for this?
