Tenant first job but has 3 month probation period

I have a potential tenant he is fresh out of university and has been offered his first job in Pharmaceuticals however he has a 3 month probation period. I will be getting a guarantor from his parents however will I still be able to get RGI ?

Hi Lynda,

In this case I’d recommend you have both the tenant and the guarantor undergo comprehensive referencing if you’re looking to take Rent Guarantee Insurance.

Even if your tenant fails referencing, RGI will still be available if the guarantor is UK-based and passes referencing.
