Did anyone else hear this being discussed on BBC yesterday. I caught the end of the discussion. It was referencing the inability of tenants with ‘heating included’ tenancies to access heating controls!
Obviously anyone who supplies such tenancies, me included, budgets there rent to include any ‘included fuels’. Can you imagine them being given control! 30 deg c 24/7 would easily double or triple fuel costs.
