Tenants haven't received contract

My dashboard states that ‘contract signing is is progress’ but my tenants haven’t received any contract to review and sign. Has anybody else encountered this or know how to resolve it?
I’ve tried updating the contract (my correcting a duplication of mu surname) in the hope that this might trigger a resend but they still didn’t receive any update. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

As soon as you progress to contract signing, tenants are able to sign the contract by logging into the website.

We just email tenants notifying them to login - contract signing only takes place on the website. If the tenants can’t locate our email, then this isn’t an issue as they can just login to the website as they’ve done before.

Upon doing so, the contract will be awaiting their signatures.
