I am trying to rent a property, and have gone through all the appropriate steps and references. The landlord has approved everything, and has told me they have finished the contract and are now waiting for me to sign it. However I have not received an update from OpenRent telling me that the contract is ready for me to sign. When does the contract show up for me as the tenant? And why haven’t I received it yet?

It looks like the landlord has not yet issued the contract via OpenRent.
I can see you’re in touch with our customer service team who should be able to provide some more comprehensive guidance here.
The landlord says that they approved all my steps, they then generated the contract through openrent. They received the contract, but now don’t know what to do next.
