Tenants notice period

Hi Guys,

“The Tenant giving not less than two calendar months’ notice in writing to the Landlord or the Landlords Agent to expire at any time after the first six months then this tenancy will be determined.”

How do you interpret the above. ?
After six months the tenant can give 2 months notice ? I haven’t come across a tenant having to give two months notice before :thinking:

It means you can give 2 months notice any time after the first 4 months.
