hi , first time using Openrent, the tenant has paid rent and deposit but i’ve yet to receive confirmation email from Openrent . how long does this usually take ? as I am waiting to hand over keys. thanks !
i waited about 1.5weeks to receive the monies via OpenRent yet I’m sure this is normal as they hold onto the said monies for X amount of time before sending to you, yet you should have confirmation from OpenRent that they have received monies from the said tenant so get this confirmation before signing an AST
I think Open rent notified me within 24 hours
