Hi everyone
I have submitted the reactivation for the section 21 I served in February because the tenants are refusing to leave. Over the last 3 years, they have caused a lot of damage to my flat, overcrowding and the neighbours have called the community officer and submitted a formal complaint to the council. They are waiting for the possession order because I think they are going for social housing.
Has anyone gone through the process since the courts reopened? It would be great if anyone can pls share because I haven’t heard back but was hoping someone has been lucky enough to already at least been through the review stage.
