Just wondering if anyone as been successful this year with a section 21 due to COVID. I served one on my tenant last December, engaged a solicitor and all the paperwork sent off to the courts. We are getting no feed back from the courts except they have a very large backlog. My tenant is causing all sorts of problems with neighbours, management company and the police. I’m at my wits end and so are his neighbours they have been signed off on the sick and daren’t leave their flat. Any help appreciated.
