Our self management block (Scotland, no factor) has a bank account we all pay into to manage repairs, communal cleaning etc. We just heard today that Royal Bank of Scotland will no longer maintain our account for free, they want to charge a monthly amount of £4.25. I suppose other banks will want to do the same, but can anyone recommend a bank that offers a free account for this purpose?
Monzo offer free business accounts as do starling

Last time I checked, both Monzo & Starling are ‘Sole trader’ or ‘Ltd Company’ only. I suspect neither of these apply to a management company.
