Unable to access my openrent account

I have an Openrent account with an old email address which is no longer in use. I cannot access this account despite knowing the password. I have called Openrent at least twice a day for 9 days but noone seems to understand the problem and I get sent the same links every time. Has anyone else had problems getting Openrent to sort out issues? The tenancy has come to an end so its important that I have access to the AST. Openrent have the most frustrating means of trying to get an issue sorted as they refuse to actually call. Does anyone have any suggestions how I can contact Openrent other than via the call centre?

Emails work. I couldn’t get them to actually speak to me on phone which is very frustrating.
