Openrent useless at dealing with issues that arise

I am flabbergasted at hor useless Opentrent are at dealing with issues despite contacting them repeadly via email and phone.

Up until now, the service has been very good, however, an issue with rent being paid into an incoreect account which they are responsible for, they cannot have the decency to speak to me to understand the issue fully to be able to resolve it.

Instead they kep emailing me back the same repeadted message.

Asolutley disapoointed with Openrent.

Sorry to hear! I am usually well supported BUT it takes 2-10 emails back and forth for sure…

Never had problems with money going into the wrong account.

Have you made sure you have selected the right account through the portal?

Sadly, I do agree that email responses are poor and likely generated by AI or someone that does not properly read the messsge
