I have 3 properties with our Open Rent for almost 3 years remains unlet. I have not being sent genuine potential tenants for all 3

Sorry to hear you’re not getting as many enquiries as you expected.
When you go to your listing, you will be able to view the “Listing Performance Report” which contains some suggestions on steps you can take to boost the number of enquiries you’re getting.
Your listings currently don’t have any photos - this is always a good place to start so prospective tenants can see what the property actually looks like!
