Unable to hear audio messages from applicants

I’ve tried using Safari and Chrome on my desktop and mobile - it shows the audio box on the applicant messages but it is completely frozen/un-useable. Is anyone else having this issue today?

Hi @Robert2 - I’ve been told a fix is going through the process now, and so you should be able to listen to voicemails again in the next 30 minutes or so. Again, apologies for the inconvenience here.

I wouldn’t be too bothered, tbh. Invariably, those prospective tenants that leave a voicemail rather than put answers to my screening questions in writing are no-hopers.

@Robert2 - Just checking that is now all working ok for you?

We’d always encourage landlords to reply to the tenants and give them a chance - as their method of contacting isn’t generally a good proxy for how serious an application it is. Obviously, if tenants have been messaged and aren’t replying, that’s a different matter!

For others reading, they may want to check out our screening and auto-reply features that do help with landlords handling many enquiries, and ensure even for people enquiring via the phone, that certain screening questions are asked, for example.

I love the voicemails, they often give me a right good laugh!
