Is it possible to disable the voice mail option for applicants on my property listing?
The majority of people who leave only voice mail are difficult to hear everything they say, don’t mention any details about themselves, sometimes not even their name, and they don’t bother to respond via text message when I invite them to.
For most it’s the first and last time I ever hear from them. Just a waste of their time and mine.
simply delete them from your list
Thanks Colin, what I was gunning for, is preventing applicants from recording voice messages at all. If they get the option to record, in their mind it’s job done, move on. If they can’t record, they can’t apply without writing a message and they can’t move on unless they’re prepared to abandon my listing, having not left the seed of investigation.
understood . . Even with written message many do not answer all the questions in the manner that we want, if at all
Computer says no! This question raised many times
