I received an email from OpenRent requesting a reference for my tenant, as she was apparently looking to move.
When I tried to fill in the form, the page repeatedly reloaded randomly. The page kept glitching, and then submitted. I am unsure if the correct answers were submitted. This tenant was absolutely terrible, and I would not recommend her to another landlord. She left without paying her last months rent, among many other things.
Can customer support please contact me ASAP? I would like to be sure the correct information was submitted
