Hi, my prospective tenant’s previous landlord refuses to submit his reference to Openrent. I have received his email and done a check on him and the address and everything appears correct. Can all the other checks be completed ommitting the landlord reference.
Maybe the landlord is not happy with that tenant Why? Then again can you trust a landlord reference
Maybe there is a reason they don’t want to give a reference 
Just saying 
Seeing the back of my tenant can’t come quick enough for me, but despite this I wouldn’t give him a reference that would pass him on to another landlord even if it got him out faster.
