Using rent now - can i start referencing without taking a holding deposit? t

I have a prospective tenant for my property. She has DHP and needs to check with the council before we can proceed. The council advices not to provide a deposit until they have approved.

I have a rent now credit that i was going to use for referencing, but i cant see how to use that without getting the deposit first. Is there a way of doing it?

You can go to ‘order new service’ from the menu bar to do this.

You don’t use RentNow credit for referencing anyway. Referencing is paid for separately.
