Hello, I was quite uncomfortable being asked personal data AFTER PAID the fees. Having paid the fee, if you don’t complete all other questions about the personal details, you will not become the verified tenant. Is there a method that you claim refund for the payment please?
How can you become verified if you won’t answer the questions? You’ll be asked more and the same kind of questions when you find a property to let. I suppose you can try writing to openrent on their FAQs page, I think there’s a link on that page to write a message to them.
