Views on property ad

Can I have your constructive views on my ad please. This is the first time I’m using this service.

redo the photos so that they’re straight and use a wider angle so you can fit more in. Ditch the white picture of a cupboard (?) because it doesn’t show anything recognisable and ditch one of the two lounge pics. The ad says there’s a parking space so good idea to have a pic of that. Move your best picture (kitchen) to the front of the sequence so the viewer sees that first rather than the drab grey carpet of the living room. If there are any views out of the window, then include a pic of that. Might also be helpful to have a pic of the building from the outside. Best if it’s a sunny day.

Hi @Cathy

Maybe ‘high ceilings, airy, semi open plan, original features ‘ (there is coving) ‘spotlights’. Not sure worth mentioning the kitchen bar (they can see in photo) or specific appliances (just say ‘Fully equipped modern kitchen’). ‘Generous living space’

Fewer photos select the best one of living room and one of kitchen one of bathroom and one of the bedroom plus one from the outside of the building

Leave out that it’s electric only. It may put some people off who are worried that electric heating costs more it’s not a selling point

Worth mentioning it’s close to the train station/give a distance

Add a floor plan so people can see size of rooms

Add a word or two about the feel etc (‘comfortable’, ‘quiet location’ etc) - you have no adverbs you are trying to sell the idea of a home not a house..

Good luck
