From rising interest rates and stricter regulations to tenant affordability and longer void periods, there are plenty of challenges out there.
Certainly not ‘longer void periods’…Not seen any evidence of that yet.
Uncertainty of the RRB is the biggest worry in my view, as a Landlord, and the worry of how difficult if will be to get a problematic tenant out, especially out of a HMO, where they could cause havoc.
