What tenant details do agents pass to landlords

Hi

I am not a landlord, but would appreciate landlords whom have used Lettings agents, informing me what details about tenants applications are passed to you? How detailed is it for you to make an informed decision. I ask this from a tenant perspective, I have nothing to hide, but intrigued where and what aspects of my application are shared outside the agent. Many thanks

I do not use an agent, but if I did I would want ‘all’ information to be shared. Its ‘my’ information. The Agent would be working on my behalf.

The agent should make clear in the GDPR privacy notice that they share information, such as references with the landlord.
