When prospective tenants apply, where can I find the information they provided in their application, eg simple stuff like how many children will be in the property etc, and any accompanying messages. I’ve now gone through referencing and can’t find any of this information.

The message that a tenant adds alongside placing a holding deposit to initiate Rent Now (openrent.co.uk/rent-now) is only currently visible when the application is first made. I can see how it can be useful to refer back to this message, so since you brought this to our attention we have been working on a way to integrate this into our messaging threads.

I would like to refer back to information provided by the tenant before the referencing process was started. Do OpenRent have access to this information that they could forward to me?
I am afraid that this has not yet been implemented. We are working on a solution, but do not yet have a time frame for implementation.
