Hi there! I’ve chosen some tenants that found my property on another site, but I’d like to use the OpenRent system to check their references and take deposits etc. Can anyone pls advise how I can do this? Thank you! Adam.
Hi Adam - Welcome to the community!
The simplest way is to just ask your tenants to go to your advert and click the green “Rent Now” button. Everything will follow on from there, and you’ll be notified as soon as they place a holding deposit.
