I own a flat which I rent out in a building with 4 units in it.
The communal areas and building admin and management is currently handled by Warwick Estates which are doing a very poor job.
We owners are planning to leave them and get another company. Do any of you have a good recommendation for a company that looks after buildings (eg less than 15 units). The building is in east London.
We are looking for a company that we can easily access and actually talk to. Eg have a quarterly Zoom meeting with them about upkeep of the property and have them on our side when choosing eg buildings insurance. Jeannette
