Within an enquiry a family member OR account has an option to ‘request contact detail’. However, within my own account no such option exists?
I have placed an auto response to ask for contact details, but is there a setting within my OR account that has disabled this?

I saw a similar query a while ago from someone else. They couldn’t request contact details for enquirers and seems they hadn’t paid for ‘Rent now’
There are a couple of workarounds I’ve seen
A) put your contact tel on your auto reply message then ask them to txt/call you
B) They message you their tel with a full stop between each digit
