I put in the monthly price and it decides that the weekly rent is less than it realy is. This then makes the deposit less. I will have to tell everyone I speak to that this is wrong and induce confuion and probably loose renters

PCM isn’t the same as 1 year divided by 52, hence the difference I assume.

I think you need to post what openrent says it is, so we can double check / advise. I’ve never noticed any inaccuracies, so very interested in what you are seeing.
You’re not thinking that there are 4 weeks in a month are you?
