What’s the likelyhood I would find a landlord that will take me on. I work part time in finance I have 2 children and currently living situation I have had a mortgage for the last 7 years. My property is now on sale for 270,000 that I own with my sister. I will have a lump some from the sale that I would be using to rent for around 2 years.
I have tried to get a Mortagge on my own but as my credit history is still showing a previous IVA that I paid off early clears in May 2027. A few lenders have said I would get accepted after May so I’m this awkward period once my house sells that I’ll need to rent. I’m worried I won’t be able to and not sure what I should do for the best in this situation.
any advice would be really helpful.
